Bo
BOOTCAMP COACH
My favorite thing (aside from my goldendoodle) is to coach. I love helping people do things that they never thought they could do (or do again for our former athletes). Further, I've seen how programming like the bootcamp we offer at Velocity can transform our bodies and our minds. It's not uncommon to see people alleviate depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction behaviors, and more while dropping body fat through specific and consistent movement programming.
I believe everyone should do some form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and weight lifting to defy gravity, age, and limitations!
I've been certified through NASM and Yoga Renew and love to blend powerful movements with mobility hacks.
Feel free to reach out to me directly below. I offer individualized coaching and programming in addition to bootcamp. I'd love to hear from you.

SPIN INSTRUCTOR
SPIN INSTRUCTOR
Born and raised on the island of Guam. I come from a place that’s deeply rooted in culture and family. I enjoy creating memories with family and friends; going on adventures or even as simple as game night or dinner.
I found my way into the spin world by friendship and community. What originally started as showing up and supporting my friends who were coaches, turned into a love & passion for a rhythmic workout that kicked my ass.
In my childhood and early adulthood, I danced competitively for 15 years and taught for 7. Becoming a spin coach allowed me to spark my creativity again with musicality and movement, just on the bike.
My teaching style is built on consistency, musicality, and the freedom to move with the beat—but above all, it’s about truly enjoying the workout. Every ride is designed to challenge while keeping the energy high, ensuring that movement feels both powerful and fun.
My goal for each person is to show up for themselves and leave feeling better than they were before they walked in knowing they tried their best.
